Durch die multiplen Krisen musste der Mittelstand innerhalb kurzer Zeit lernen, agiler zu werden und sich kontinuierlich anzupassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz dieser widrigen Rahmenbedingungen konnten viele Unternehmen auch in den letzten Jahren nachhaltige Erfolge erzielen. Ein Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr diesen Erfolg: die Weiterbildung und Qualifikation der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der letzten Studie des RKW-Kompetenzzentrums &#8222;Deutschlands Mittelstand #3: Innovationsmotor Personal&#8220; hat unser Managing Partner Christian Wewezow gemeinsam mit Ute Juschkus, Dr. Michael Banf, Teita Bijedic, Christina G\u00fcnther, Kathrin Gro\u00dfheim, Patrick Gro\u00dfheim und Alexander Sonntag untersucht, mit welchen Personalentwicklungs- und Weiterbildungsma\u00dfnahmen kleine (1-50 Mitarbeitende), mittlere (51-250 Mitarbeitende) und gro\u00dfe (&gt;251 Mitarbeitende) Unternehmen die Kompetenzen ihres Personals f\u00f6rdern und entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei unterschied das Forscherteam Weiterbildungsma\u00dfnahmen nach ihrem Grad der Formalisierung und bildete dadurch verschiedene Weiterbildungstypen ab.
